Margo Gannes

Played phone tag with the office for weeks on end while the case was pending -- ultimately got the ticket reduced, VERY unsatisified by the lack of communication from the office, had to constantly call for updates/status information. Their phone application is not updated in a timely or accurate fash...ion, for the price of the service I was honestly disappointed.

Terrible. This is a scam. If I could rate 0 I would. Don't waste your money, they will lie to you in regards to process and legalities around your ticket, take your money, and show up to court likely unprepared, IF AT ALL! For example - Margo "pushed back" my case 3 years! Telling me initially that b...y pushing it back further than 1 year, the case would be dismissed and points expired. 3years later I get a call from them informing me I need to pay her $300 to show up to court for me (despite their initial conversation with me). When I called her to discuss she was extremely dismissive, rude, and didn't even know anything about my case or me (I.E. I don't even have a NY drivers license or plates). Obviously she lost my case, so I now have to pay the ticket and accrue points on my license after paying for their terrible services. Now looking over these other reviews, I'm quite certain she didn't even show up to court. Disgusting.

I met Margo while attempting to fight a moving violation in court by myself. The judge basically laughed at me and ordered me to pay. As I waited for my case to be called, I watched Margo in action and could tell right away she knew what she was doing. She was well spoken, knew the law, and kept g...etting cases thrown out or reduced. I immediately went up to her and asked her for her card. She was extremely approachable and friendly. I later contacted her to help me fight my "driving while talking on cellphone" infraction which recently had it's day in court. Margo got it thrown out and I didn't even have to show up. It felt like a miracle had happened. Now I don't have to worry about an additional 5 points taken off my license.

As you can imagine, I was a little apprehensive placing the future of my driver's license in the hands of an Internet Traffic Attorney . Today, I received word from the office of Gannes & Musico that the verdict of "NOT GUILTY" was ruled by a judge almost a year after receiving an unjust traffic vio...lation . I give this law firm high kudos : they were professional, thorough, informative, and continually communicated with me on the status of my case . Of course, these attributes alone are highly valued ...but, the favorable judgment was the icing on the cake . I'd use this law firm again in a second ! GREAT JOB - Gannes & Musico, LLP !!
