Dr. Gauzza did an excellent job of preparing, presenting, and guiding me through defensive asylum process. Although my case looked straight forward at first sight, but there were numerous nuances, lacked necessary corroborating evidence, and contained seemingly contradictory testimonies due to lousy... preparation which effectively put me in a terrible spot during the affirmative process. Detecting, articulating, and clarifying all those problematic points needed and high level of professionalism which I was lucky enough to have found it in Dr. Gauzza's. I definitely recommend her for those who have a fairly complicated and tough immigration fight in hand. Lindsey is one of the most prepared lawyers I've dealt with in the past 15 years. As an immigrant, unfortunately, I've had several experiences with my immigration and she by far is one of the best out there. Lindsey was incredible. She really went above and beyond in helping me and my wife during our adjustment of status case. She always made herself available to us. Whether it was responding to a email, a phone call, or even in person Lindsey always answered all of our questions in a timely manner. She ...never left us wondering when she would get back to us. Before the interview with INS my wife was incredibly nervous about the actual process. Having read online how intense a interview could be she started to worry that she and I didn't have enough proof of marriage to support our case.
