Do your research before using this company. They called me everyday to sign the release form for the accident as well as constant text messages. Please keep in mind I heard nothing from them during the duration of my case. No updates, no reminders, no Im still handling your case calls. Katherine sen...ds text messages everyday for you to sign the release but once I sign it I hear nothing from them AGAIN. I call them 2 months after returning the release and they say they will wire my funds "we were working each case in the order it came. so you have that many settlements that you cant call for 2 months? I call again because no funds are seen. When I ask for the confirmation page of the transfer it is not the amount that was agreed upon. I now am asking for a break down as to why my money is not accurate and "Anthony" who is said to be a paralegal decided he no longer felt like explaining the financial aspects and hung the phone up on me. I don't take kindly to rudeness so I take the walk to their office (4 mins away :)) When I get upstairs the receptionist is insisting everyone is working remotely. I hear her inform someone that I am physically in the office. Then without me asking she has a copy of my financial breakdown. How did you know about this if Anthony is working remotely? I ask for the contact information of the owner who is said to be "Julia Rivin & alexander Goldin" and I am given the run around. I was given a generic email. a generic business card. So once again do your research!!!! I am a paying customer who had the phone line intentionally disconnected on her. What does that say about the values of this company? It is clear they do not value the individuals who support their business and aide in the revenue that pays their bills.
