Knows more about the area of the law I was concerned about than anyone else I talked to. I had a problem with WC Bd regarding penalties for not having insurance. Other lawyers I talked to were clueless including those who do compensation. He got penalty reduced by 95%. Sometimes I had trouble wi...th his not calling me back right away but he got the job done. Also was very reasonable. Other lawyers I spoke to were going to charge me $300.00 hour and not know what they were doing. Also gave me suggestions for problem a family member had with Social Security Disability. Altogether veryhelpful

When I met Mr. Gluck it was for the first and very last time. The first time was to give him my case, for my first date with the Workers Comp Board, he was a no show. For my 2nd date with the WCB, I met with his stand in who knew nothing about my case and was down played by the insurance attorney. ...I placed several calls to his office but never received one call back. I was trying to find out what was going on. After several weeks, I finally got to speak to him after being put on hold for an hour. I informed him that I wanted to close the case. He informed me that he was going to send my Doctor some type of paper work that would request for him to evaluate my leg and give him the findings. To date he has done nothing. He does not care about your health or well being. Even if he was to have called and spoke briefly about the case, would have been human of him. My brother informed me that although I signed papers with him to represent me, being that he is doing a lousy job of it that I can seek another lawyer. The other lawyer would collect the 1/3 of the award if any from Mr. Glucks award and not from me.
