You need to hire counsel and proceed accordingly. It will be a long haul and tough fight to get more access and custody.

There is the concept of final decision making. You need someone to review your agreement to see if what the mother's attorney is saying, is accurate.

You will not be able to get legal custody without an application to court, but you can take her home without any problems.

Just get divorced. By the time you finish fighting with him over if there are grounds for an annulment, you may be divorced already.
