Edward Anthony DiTomasso

I am impressed with the work of Edward DiTomasso and his firm. They took care of everything from start to finish. I truly appreciate their patience especially since after my accident I was left with a lot of questions and no where to turn. They were always available to me and made me feel comfortabl...e, accepted, and cared for. I would truly recommend Edward and DiTomasso & DiTomasso to anyone who is hurt in an accident and needs legal help. They make you feel comfortable no matter what your situation is. They treated me like family.

I initially had a WC case; pretty much cut and dry; as far as my reward. I was able to extend it to a P.I case with the help of Mr. Ditomasso. I searched for a couple of attorneys that would look into the possibility of opening up a P.I case; in addition to my WC; they all said, "You have no case". ...A colleague referred me to the office of Mr Ditomasso. He didn't make some grandstanding statements about what he could or would do for me. I appreciated his vigor and passion for fighting for me consistently. I was rewarded a substantial amount of monetary compensation with his help. I was beyond shocked when I came to office to pick up my check from his office. I'm not sure if I got lucky finding him to represent me or not, however, I know the results of my case speaks volumes.

Ed helped my family 8 yrs ago regarding the death of an aunt who was hit by a car. I recently sought his advice regarding a negligence allegation and he won my trust immediately by being thorough, straight-forward, supportive, empathetic, passionate, ethical. He didn't dismiss me, condescend to me, ...rush me on the phone - but spent nearly 2 hrs with me talking about the situation and my rights - and making sure I understood the complicated parts. I would highly recommend him based solely on the fact that this is a human being who coached me from his experience and heart- and was not out for a quick buck.
