I had a disappointing experience with David Storobin for my child custody case. The initial paperwork was never filed with the courts, leading to delays and confusion. Communication was severely lacking, with no guidance on the process or what to expect. During court, David remained silent instead of... speaking up for me even when the respondent failed to show up, prolonging the ordeal unnecessarily. In the last court session, he lost connection to the virtual room, causing further delays. There is a serious lack of communication, responsiveness, and urgency with this lawyer. Proceed with caution if considering his services.

David did an amazing job with my custody case. Especially considering the fact that I had a tough judge Esther Morgenstern, also being a man in a custody battle already puts me against the odds. Despite of all that David was a true warrior in the courtroom and in the negotiations with the opponent’s ...lawyer. Thanks to David I am going to be able to have a normal relationship with my children and spend time with them regularly. I initially only had safe horizon supervised visitation, and many false accusations mounted on against me. David is a very reasonable man and will work with you on payment at times. I personally have not done the research regarding which lawyers are cheaper but I do know that for all David does and the results that are obtained by him are well worth whatever he charges. If you want something done right in terms of the law and courtroom settings don’t hesitate to call David Storobin for any custody or criminal case.
