My family court case was not a priority for Mr. Storobin. 2nd court appearance - he never showed and indicated to me that I saved money since respondent also didn't show. if he did I would have been charged as nothing happened in court. 4th court appearance - a conference was had that he never s...howed for and gave no indication of being late/not showing up. 5th court appearance - he showed 1.5 hours late. It resulted in my case being taken off the calendar and me having to start all over again. He admitted that he was not giving my case priority when the issue for me involved my daughter. He stated he would fill out my petition and mail to me in order to have it notarize and that didn't materialize either. Only thing he wanted to do was have me return to his office to sign another retainer agreement. During the whole experience, pertinent information I emailed him went unread and my requests to meet or even talk about my case before a particular court appearance never materialized. For me it wasn't about the money lost but more importantly the quest to rightfully reunite with my daughter.

I had a disappointing experience with David Storobin for my child custody case. The initial paperwork was never filed with the courts, leading to delays and confusion. Communication was severely lacking, with no guidance on the process or what to expect. During court, David remained silent instead of... speaking up for me even when the respondent failed to show up, prolonging the ordeal unnecessarily. In the last court session, he lost connection to the virtual room, causing further delays. There is a serious lack of communication, responsiveness, and urgency with this lawyer. Proceed with caution if considering his services.

David is an amazing attorney. Eventhough he is not the best at answering his phone, he will always return calls or texts eventually. He got what most paid lawyers could do in 6 months, done for me in less than 3 months. I dont want to go into the details of my family court case... but put it to yo...u this way: he did what everyone thought he couldn't...!!!!! My type of case usually lasts up to a year, sometimes 2 years. He got me the outcome I wanted in 3 months! He might seem uninterested between court dates, but believe me, he is working to get you results. He met with all the opposing attorneys to negotiate my settlement prior to my court date and I didn't even know he reached out to them for me. He had everything worked out for me in my favor before my court date. I was so proud that he was my lawyer in the courtroom! I highly recommend him. He will get you the results you want! Just have faith in him. If he doesn't answer your calls or texts right away, he is still working hard for you and will get back to you!
