He safe my corporation from closing. My company had a difficulty paying the lone that was issue in 2007. Due to the economic crises in USA. My Company was force to stop paying the loan. I try to speak to a lending officer for the reduction of payments. The lender did not want to make any agreem...ent for the reduction of payments and give loan to collection attorney, when i try to negotiate whit them they did not wont to hear any of my plead. They just went got the judgment on my company and me personally. The next that I received, was notice from the sheriff office. Judgment. This is when I went to few law firm, asking for the advice, most that I got is that I should close the company, do the bankruptcy, In My mine was no ,no way , I try all this time to stay a life by working 2 jobs and paying the bills for the business to be open , friend recommend Mr. Jaros from Jeroslawcz & Jaros LLC. When I went to his office he explained to me the law , contacted the lending attorney, made agreement whit the lender for the smaller payments , so that company do not need to closed .
