Focused on process not results

He frequently told me in my family court case "you pay me for the process not results" and then spent lots of time arguing with me why that is correct. Working with him felt like being in a terrible twilight zone where up was down and down was up. He would argue with me when I asked for a plan. He ha...d no plan and we wasted months. And the closest thing to a plan he had was terrible (he was excited on paper I would be able to see my daughter but in reality I would not be able to see her). A low point was when he sent an associate to the second hearing to just listen rather than argue the case and then felt the hearing went great. I changed lawyers and the new lawyer has been effective and made progress immediately. Daniel Robinson seems like a smart guy with integrity but working with him was a terrible mistake. It would be best if he declined all family court cases in future and recommended clients find a lawyer who has lots of experience with the judge.

An empowering experience and successful conclusion!

My experience working with attorney Daniel X. Robinson felt truly empowering. For the first time, in the entire family court process, my opinions were actually being listened to and supported. I felt like my input into my situation mattered, and my voice was finally being heard! Mr. Robinson is pat...ient, thorough, reliable and very knowledgeable in his profession, and he presents a very confident and articulate disposition in court. Mr. R answered All of my questions completely, and actually took the time to break down the complex legal process, in a way that I could finally understand. With the help of Mr. Robinson, my very personalized custody petition was approved, I was awarded FULL CUSTODY of my child, and ACS was out of my life forever! This successful conclusion really helped provide closure to an unfortunate episode in my life, and made room for a much brighter and optimistic future for my family! :)
