Craig Marshall Bondy

Supposedly worked on my traffic ticket from 03-16-2021 to 03-11-2025 and still found guilty and I have to pay the ticket and will have 8 points on my records. Don’t waste your time or money on this so called Bondi law firm !! They will take your money and disappear and will never contact you , whe...n you contact them to ask about the status of the ticket they will not know anything about it and they staff there so rude and has disgusting attitude…..

I hired Craig Bondy’s office for a cellphone ticket i received on 138th street. I was so upset about the possibility of 5 points on my license. The office staff was helpful from the start. I showed up to 125th Street the day of my hearing and met with Gina DeLustro. She explained the process to me an...d asked me if i was comfortable talking to the judge i said no so she had me wait outside the room. 20 minutes later she came out and told me i was not guilty i did not have any points and no fine! I could not have been happier. Gina was sweet, intelligent and professional. I hope i never have to use them again but if i receive another ticket they will be the first people i call!!! Thank you so much.

USELESS.. Did not recieve a call after i requested one. Lawyer did not beat the ticket nor did he get the fine lowered. Such a waste of money. I paid 200 to hire him on the app, i called(before he lost my ticket) to see if he will be able to take care of another ticket, woman said it would be $500 du...e to the fact of the lawyer being hard to beat. Staff is also never unprofessional and rude. I called the day he lost my ticket guy said your going to have to call back tomorrow and hung up in my face. lol never again will I hire this lawyer. I absolutely do not recommend.

If you want yo lose your case, hire him! I made the mistake to hire Craig M Bondy. Now i have to pay the consecuenses of a bad dessition. He did not show up on my DMV hearing for a refusal chemical test. I was convicted and then my licence was revoked for a year. I tried to appeal my case but he sug...gested me not to do it because it was going to be almost impossible to win. Later I realized that I had a lot of changes to win my case, but it was too late since my time for appeal was already expired. If you hire him, be ready to have similar consecuesces, he is never ready for court and he does not care about your case.

Craig was very knowledgeable and has a great rapport with the NY area officers and judges. I had a judge postpone a hearing for me not knowing it would cause my license to be suspended until the resceduled hearing date which was 2 months away. As soon as I realized what I had done I went back to... speak to the judge but the judge would not over turn his decision. I spoke to Craig and without hesitation he partnered with the head judge and got that decision over turned and they uplifted the suspension. He also represented me the next morning to fight the ticket since I could not be there and got it dismissed. Craig was very helpful, genuine and took care of everything for me...
