Waited a year to blow off my case

I am so disappointed by this attorney. He waited over a year to decide not to pursue my case. I have the case files and have noted that not too much was even done to research my case. It is bad faith to do little or nothing then to "blow off: the case after a year of doing little in my best interest....

In response, the Complainant who was a perspective client, claimed injuries as a result of medical and nursing home malpractice. At great expense we obtained his voluminous medical records and had them reviewed by experienced medical and nursing home malpractice experts. Those experts did not support the allegations. We then attempted to find other counsel to represent him without success. These efforts took ten months. However, we did everything in our power to protect his interests and ultimately advised this gentleman that we could not represent his interests and suggested that he retain other counsel. This advice was provided well within the statute of limitations and within the Rules of Professional Conduct.
