I live in NC , since he did my green card application I decided to have him do my citizenship as well. Back in February I contacted him and he said that I don’t even need to be present , to just send him his fee and the immigration fee altogether was $1700, and 4 passport pictures which I did right ...away and mail out the pictures. 3 weeks later I contacted him again he claimed he had not received the pictures, 2 month went by every time I call he’ll tell me that he’s at a meeting and will call me back and never did. So I drove all the way from NC to NY call him that morning he said I can come so we can’t do the application together. He waited until I get there to tell me that he has lost my file and will send the application when he finds it and rudely dismissed me, behaving very unprofessional as if he was on something. I was shocked and disappointed. So I asked him to then return my money , and he bluntly told me to sit and wait for my money so unprofessional and very arrogant. Still didn’t give me back my money however I’m planning to file a complaint against him to the state board. I am so upset and disappointed.

The worst! He was recommended by my friend he assisted a long time ago, so I was optimistic he would help me too. He asked for $1500 down payment, but I was able to pay $1000, that was over 3 years ago. He did absolutely nothing, no update, no call, nothing! I had to call multiple times, he’s never a...t his office or too busy to respond. Anyway, I’ve decided to find a new lawyer that can really invest his time to assist me and find a solution to what I need. Please stay away from this firm, he only cares about money, he has no interest in your case.
