I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Mr. Massena. From the very beginning Mr. Massena put his clients first, he listened and was very attentive. He was very honest and upfront whether it was good news or bad news. He was very knowledgeable and most importantly he didn't make any false pr...omises. But the one promise he did make was that he would give it his all and he will fight until the very end. This is what you want in an attorney. You don't want a lawyer to fabricate to you with false hopes. You don't want representation where in the very beginning the lawyer expresses to you that they really can't do much for you but get you to plead guilty and in return I will try to get you the lowest possible sentencing. How can you tell a client that without even trying to fight for your client. And this is exactly what I encountered before using Mr. Massena. Prior to hiring Massena to represent my son I attained two other lawyers to handle the exact same case and they did absolutely nothing. The case was mishandled from the beginning. they did not express any care or concern. They were very dishonest and just did not make us feel comfortable or safe. It showed they just wanted to get paid and really did not have any intention on fighting. If I would have stayed with any of those lawyers, the outcome would have been devasting. They just wanted monetary gain and did not have my son in their best interest. Mr. Massena went above and beyond and fought for us not 100 but 120%. I was very satisfied with the results.
