Susan Klein, of Klein and Associates in Manhattan, NY, represents every disabled person's worst nightmare of an attorney. I could forgive the fact that she is a brash, insensitive, and curt individual, if she were a good attorney. First of all, she and the other representatives of her firm are lite...rally never available to speak to you. I really mean never. If you call the office, you must leave a voice mail message and then pray that they may call you back, if ever. The rare times in the many years I have dealt with them, that they ever returned a call, it would at a time weeks or months later, when you least expect it. If you miss the call, you are out of luck, because they will never tell you when they will call again. They will constantly try to get you to settle your case, which of course only benefits them, not you. The Klein team treats their clients so poorly that it is shocking that they are able to practice law.
