There are not enough positive adjectives in the dictionary to describe my work with Rakhel and her team for the last 9 years. I have been in the country legally changing status from OPT to O1 to Green Card holder over the years and each time I had to work with the team it was seamless and successful...!! Rakhel herself is an absolute pleasure to work with and has put my mind at ease and consistently steered me in the right direction. I recommend her without reservation, if you are looking for the best legal representation having to do with immigration stop looking now because I assure you it will not get better than this!

I've worked with Rakhel on 3 cases -- two petitions for an 0-1, and recently a petition for an EB-1, all of which I have received. Rakhel is knowledgable, kind, and most importantly, honest, upfront and to the point. She has always given great guidance on what I needed to gather for each petition, an...d on top of putting all the materials for each case together, gave great feedback on my reference letters to each respective writer and made sure I was over-prepared for each case. First, I generally don't write reviews, however after working with Rakhel and her team recently, my wife and I strongly felt the need to write a review about the truly outstanding experience we had, to make anyone looking for immigration legal advice aware of the amazing Milstein team. My wife and ...I were referred to Rakhel and the Milstein team through good friends and colleagues who also received their green card through the Milstein team. We were a bit skeptical before meeting with Rakhel since our previous attorney experience for our last visas was a frustrating one. After meeting with Rakhel and her team to go over my EB1 green card application, she told me in full confidence that I have a very solid case with no reason for complications, despite the increasingly difficult procedures of obtaining this green card. What our previous attorneys made sound like a 5-8 months process (if at all), Rakhel and her team prepared all that was needed from us in just two weeks. I gathered all outstanding documentation and after just around three weeks, our petition was completed by Rakhel and submitted. Rakhel kept us in the loop and updated on everything all the time and I never felt I was annoying or bothering anyone on her team with my many questions. She always made herself available for a call or a meeting to go over questions I had and I not once felt rushed by her. Her commitment, professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire process was inspiring. Just a short while later we received our approval! Throughout the entire process, there were no (not a single one!) delays, problems or issues on the Milstein team. It was the most pleasant, smoothest and greatest immigration attorney experience we ever had (and we went through several...). I just wish we met Rakhel and her wonderful team earlier.
