I hired Rakhel and her team to get a 01 Visa in Spring 2021. It was still very complex to get a working visa approved. Rakhel and Ryan did miracles, guiding me through every step of this challenging process. They answered e-mails extremely fast (with clear answers and directions within one or two ho...urs, no more). It was not an easy way as we got a first RFE and had to change strategy at some point, but my O1 application was approved in only three months of hard work! I felt very supported from start to finish. I feel fortunate to have hired Rakhel and knew I could rely on her and her team in total confidence. I was very stressed by timing as I started the process late, but she took the challenge to make it happen in the short time we had. She was very empathetic with me and could even manage my (very) high-stress level. I am very grateful for what she did for my family and me and loved how she supported me to reach my goal. I went to Assadi and Milstein after another NYC firm couldn't provide an attorney for my deportation hearing and never informed me that my now ex attorney was disbarred for professional misconduct.
