Mark Elias Seitelman

I fell in the dark off an unmarked ledge in a movie theatre and my head was a gashed open when it hit the corner of a wall. The emergency room stapled my gash together. I was referred to Mark Seitelman by a well known law firm who wouldn’t handle my case as they would not make enough money off of... me. Mark Seitelman’s office took the case and referred me to the proper Physical and Medical therapist — also 5 stars. I was informed that this might take a while to settle and be patient and it would be resolved. Then Covid hit and 2 years passed and I just assumed the case was in a pile of cases not expensive enough to pursue after covid. I got a call in February that they were in the final stages of negotiation and we discussed what I would be comfortable with. I gave them a number. My case was more complicated as the Theatre in question had an inferior coverage which limited the payout. Still the lawyer assigned to me- Mike Goldfarb did which I though was brilliant and responsible job of settling the case and getting me $1000.00 more than I had asked for. Mike Goldfarb is an Exceptional lawyer- who communicates simply and clearly and gives your responsible options and follows up immediately and does what he says he will do. He is as good as any lawyer I have met. I have no issues using Mark Seiteman again for Injury Claims and recommend him without equivocation. This is what he does and he knows and understand injury cases.

I made the right decision in hiring Seitelman. I changed attorneys to Seitelman's Office. I was with my prior attorneys on two prior cases. Whew, there is a difference! Seitelman and his young attorney answered all of my questions and returned all of my calls the same day. My prior attorney neve...r returned calls. My fired lawyer never explained anything. Seitelman's operation was able to settle my case within 8 months of hiring them. Although I was reluctant to switch attorneys, I am very happy that I did.
