I hired Fredrick to represent me in an action against a tenant that was being distructive and repeatedly violating the signed lease agreement. Now it is clear that I made the wrong choice. Frederick assured me that mine was a quick case, but the hours quickly piled up and so did my fees. I would ...have even been comfortable with the fees had he actually done ANYTHING that would have helped me take action against the tenant, but all of those fees aparently didn't actually pay for any expertise. The tenant was able to remain in the building for the remainder of the lease and all I had to show for it was a very large invoice.
