Biography
David Spencer began his practice at Sullivan & Cromwell, then worked for a number of year at several international banks and finally, after building 15 years of experience in law and business, opened his own law practice. The practice has grown, building on a foundation of taxation and trusts and estates in front of the Tax Court, the Surrogate's Court (Probate & Administration Division) and the New York Supreme Court, along with administrative appeals tribunals at the federal, state and city level. Our practice combines the analysis and tactical depth of a large law firm with the responsiveness of a small tightly-knit shop. We find our clients are delighted with both the level of thought put into not only the presented question, but the ripple-effect implications and the nuances of implementation, and also with our follow-through and commitment.
