Biography
I have extensive experience in general corporate and securities matters. I represent private and public clients in various transactional matters including private equity and debt offerings; sales of business, mergers and acquisitions; periodic reporting, proxies and individual filings under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934; corporate governance; and general corporate matters.
I have particular experience dealing with small and start-up companies and I pride myself on my ability to teach and guide my clients through the complex maze of the securities laws.
