In every part of the process, he made it clear the documentation requirements in the clearest way possible and explained how they are us...ed in the process. He always gave me a thorough explanation of how the filing is done, the typical expected wait time and predicted any complications that might arise from documentation submitted. Paul is really prompt with turnaround. If I had any questions, he usually replied them within an hour and he sends reminders if I tarry in reverting with important documentation to make sure the process doesn't get blocked. This is the one quality that lets you know your attorney really has your back. Paul is also really meticulous, spotting very subtle but important mistakes in submitted documentation.
