Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness

You hear the term "lawyer" and immediately you know engaging one might break the bank. Even then, you might not be fully convinced if you have got your money's worth. In Manhattan, everything adds up. I am so pleased to have Michele Cea as my lawyer. Not only is he a trustworthy professional, b...ut he is also impeccable with his words, kind, caring, compassionate and sympathetic to his clients' needs. Michele is extremely patient, efficient and knows what he is doing. He specializes in different areas; in my case, he helped me to establish my corporation in a very timely manner. Corporate/contract work and Investor/Manager Visa

I’m a US Manager of a recently established US branch of an EUropean manufacturing company. Michele drafted a few company's agreements and prepared my E2 manager Visa application. Michele provide a very efficient service and communication was always very easy and fast.

Corporate Issues: Strongly Recommended!

Really satisfied!!!

We are a spanish company who wanted to open a subsidiary in USA. Michele did it easy, cheap and fast. Now we will keep on working with him and his partner Victoryia to attend all our legal issues in USA. He has also recommended us other good profesionals to help us in other fields such as taxes, ban...king, etc... And, as we are in Spain, he has a colleague here to help us if we need extra support.
