I said on this very sight months ago that I would follow up on what happened in my lawsuit . I can not go into detail for obvious reasons but I can't sing Mrs. Kashickey's praises enough !!! I am not proud to admit how long I have been in " the system " but let's say I have been " around the block ".... Gerald L. Shargel is the best of the best and even he started somewhere. If you only knew what " mountain " Mrs. Kashickey had to surmount to get the results she did..... I don't think you would believe me !! I just can't say enough !!!

In the beginning of the year I was working for X restaurant, where i was accused of stealing a large amount of money, "grand theft on the 3rd degree", a Felony. My immigration status is not "legal" so, I hired Martha, BEST thing I've done for me. She managed for the felony charges to go away, kept ...it away from trials, which could've resulted in my deportation. Also, she worked with prosecutors to make my restitutions as low as possible and it all worked. I've now payed my restitutions and finished some community service days(5) and I do not have to worry about my immigration status being affected or in having a felony in my permanent records! Very Happy with Her the job done!

You can talk to ms. Kashickey for about two seconds and know that she is gifted. Certain people are taylormade for certain professions. If she is your lawyer, you are in the best of hands. You don't have to take my word for it, Google her. Ask yourself, " How much more could this person have done, to... excel at her craft "? I am at the start of a civil rights case that Ms. Kasickey is counsel for. I could not ask for a better, more competent litigator... You should only be so lucky..
