Konstantine is a partner in the litigation group at IX Legal’s Wall Street office. His practice focuses on shareholder disputes and employment matters as well as non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants. With over fifteen years’ experience arguing and trying cases in both New York and New Jersey, Konstantine is a formidable advocate for his clients.

Outside of the courts, Konstantine is adept at resolving pre-suit matters and representing clients in mediation and arbitration. He has successfully represented clients in AAA matters and is equally proficient in an arbitration hearing as a courtroom trial.
