I do not live in New York but my son does and I hired Joseph Benjamin green to defend my son in court. I put up $5000 bail money and when the money was returned to Joseph Benjamin green he was supposed to send it back to me but he kept it Plus the fees which I paid him

Bad landlord/tenant lawyer in New York City.
