Incredibly Rude Attorney & Staff
Jay Berg was retained to represent my family's Property Management company in a landlord/tenant issue. Not only did he fail to properly do his job, he was incredibly rude. Replied last September 04, 2018This was posted by a disgruntled, former client who was extremely difficult to work with. He was also abusive to my legal assistant, screaming at her on the telephone. As a result of his conduct, I was compelled to move to be relieved as his counsel. This occurred in 2016, and I have not had anything to do with him since. I would just note that his case was handled properly and that no one in this office was ever rude to him.
