Biography
I am a Marine Corps veteran and former NYPD police officer. I worked as a Staff Attorney in the Legal Aid Society of new York's Criminal Defense Practice from 2007 until 2017. Licensed to practice law in New York State and before the federal bar since 2006, I have represented the criminally accused in Criminal and State Supreme courts. I prepare criminal litigation; conduct legal research; draft motions and memoranda of law; interview clients, witnesses and other interested parties; direct investigators; appear in court; negotiate plea agreements with prosecutors; and argue issues of law and fact at evidentiary hearings and at trial. I will bring all of my experience and skills to bear in representing you in your case, be it in Criminal court, Family court or traffic court.
