About Dawn
Biography
I was born and raised in Brooklyn. I have been handling personal injury matters for the past 16 years. My passion is to advocate on behalf of those who have been injured due to the negligence of another. I have prosecuted claims on behalf of victims of products liability, medical malpractice, car accidents, slip/trip and falls and general negligence. I am proud to say that I have recovered millions of dollars in jury verdicts, settlements, arbitrations and mediations on behalf of my clients. My goal is to get my clients the maximum compensation possible to make a difference in their lives.
I am honored to have represented numerous children who have been injured including those hurt by negligent school practices, defective products (such as strollers and playground equipment) and medical malpractice. I am also honored to have represented numerous New York City Police Officers who were injured in the line of duty as well as Railroad Workers who were forced to work in unsafe and dangerous conditions.
