William Wallis IV, took on a case for my son that started as, what was believed to be an insurance incorrect claim that turned into complicated criminal charge to which we were greatly taken off guard and confused. Upon receiving information regarding the “evidence” involved, William not only fought... for my son to be cleared, he investigated and provided a defense of the information for the possible offender. Providing the law enforcement with incontrovertible proof they needed to investigate further and had incorrectly petitioned to prosecute the wrong person(s). the determination of Mr. Wallis, not only had charges dismissed and my son cleared, he provided the police everything they needed to provide the courts with the probable individual at fault. For many sleepless months I feared the possible outcomes. I am grateful for Mr. Wallis’ drive and commitment to exposing the truth. I know this commitment does not come lightly and many/most would have not fought this hard for my sons innocence.
