Tatyana Agarunov founded Agarunov Law Firm, P.C. in 2012 in Manhattan’s Financial District, where she provides transactional and advisory legal services to individuals, businesses, and healthcare providers throughout New York and New Jersey.
Her real estate practice covers residential and commercial transactions across all five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, and northern New Jersey. She represents buyers and sellers in co-op and condo purchases, commercial leases, 1031 exchanges, and title due diligence matters. Her business law practice includes entity formations, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, nonprofit organizations, and trademark registration.

Attorney Agarunov counsels healthcare providers on practice formation, regulatory compliance, HIPAA matters, Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute issues, and healthcare contracts. She handles professional and business licensing including LHCSA home care agency applications and ambulette licensing.
