Bad first line employee. not any help.

Lady answering phone was very uninformative , and hung up on me! They listed fraud as one of their services. When I said it was against H&R block she couldn't get off the phone fast enough and hung up.

Ronald, Yes, that is correct, we do specialize in protecting clients from tax fraud alleged by a tax authority against a taxpayer. Unfortunately, as we tried explaining over the phone, we do not sue tax preparers on behalf of clients. For that you would need to speak to a civil litigator and sue their insurance. We did not try to get off the phone fast, but we could not argue with you regarding a matter that we do not practice. We wish you the best in your endeavor.
