Biography
I grew up and went to school here in New York City.
For nearly 20 years, I have aggressively represented all kinds of clients in hundreds of cases from start to finish, including trials and appeals.
I mostly handle personal injury and medical malpractice cases, but I have also successfully litigated complex and substantial business, real estate and other kinds of disputes.
I graduated New York University with Honors and earned my law degree (cum laude) from Cardozo Law School. While in law school, I held internships with a federal bankruptcy judge in the Eastern District of New York and the United States Attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York.
I founded my firm in 1996, after positions with several law firms in New York City.
I regularly appear in Courts all over New York City. Other lawyers regularly refer their own cases to me to handle for trial.
I am licensed to practice in the State of New York and in the Federal Courts of the Southern and Eastern District of New York. I am a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and regularly participates in lobbying activities in the State Capitol for the organization and my clients’ rights. I have mentored new and less experienced attorneys.
I live in Brooklyn with my wife and children.
