Milan is indeed a closer. He gets the job done. Milan is pricey and I do agree with others that he can be more transparent in the end (the costs were much higher than expected) such as having check-ins at the point where costs increase rather than communicating all of it at the very end. But, th...ere is one thing he did on the day of closing that bumped his overall rating from 4 to 5 stars. I was supposed to have bank-certified checks on the day of closing and the morning of closing; I found out that my bank does not do bank-certified checks anymore. Within an hour of closing, Milan completely resolved the issue with all parties and was able to orchestrate that I could send wires instead. I was personally impressed with his dexterity and covering up my mistake. That is something I am willing to pay extra for. Besides that, Milan was overall extremely responsive during the whole process and a great person to work with. All in all, I would use Reyngach Law again and recommend them to others.
