This was our first purchase of property in the state of NY. As the laws are very different in real estate from one state to another, Milan helped us navigate from the acceptance of our offer to the closing. Milan was the key role in the whole process. He was able to guide us every step of the way, ...explaining and making our purchase as seamless as possible. We could not have done with without his experience and knowledge!

Milan was part of my real estate team along with Christina Kremidas from Douglas Elliman and Michael Goldberg of Roundpoint Mortgage. We worked together for about 6 months throughout the co-op purchase process and Milan was supportive and knowledgeable every step of the way, which meant a lot to me a...s a first-time homeowner (or stock holder, you get the idea). His communication skills and responsiveness are unmatched - whatever question I had, Milan was able to find the answer. He was also a great advocate for me, down to spotting an error on documentation DURING THE CLOSING! Now I'm typing this review from my new home, thanks in no small part to Milan's diligent work. I'd happily recommend his practice.

As mentioned in the title, Milan was a great responsive, responsible and proactive attorney for our condo purchase that was closed this month. The condo that we were trying to purchase received tons of offers so we had to move quickly and with little to no margin of error but Milan was able to under...take the task and formally and quickly got us in contract with the seller. It was our first time buying a home/condo in NYC so we had a ton of questions and also had this feeling of uneasiness but he was able to articulate his responses and walk us through the process perfectly so that we understood the full context and also alleviate our concerns. He also represented us at closing which was a breeze. There were certain closing documents that had typos and errors which Milan was able to resolve and successfully and seamlessly finalize the transaction. I would highly recommend Milan for any real estate transactions you are planning to make and also would personally hire Milan again for any similar circumstances.
