The condo that we were trying to purchase received tons of offers so we had to move quickly and with little to no margin of error but Milan was able to under...take the task and formally and quickly got us in contract with the seller. It was our first time buying a home/condo in NYC so we had a ton of questions and also had this feeling of uneasiness but he was able to articulate his responses and walk us through the process perfectly so that we understood the full context and also alleviate our concerns.
