Milan Reyngach represented my husband and I recently in the purchase of our new home on Long Island. Milan was an absolute pleasure to work with. I worked with Milan on purchasing my first home. Overall, the process was smooth and efficient. The contract Milan negotiated with the seller seemed good and favorable for me in the areas that mattered to me (such as being able to exit out of the contract after a certain date if the seller is draggin...g their feet too much). The rest of the process was also smooth with no hiccups. On the day of closing Milan made the process very simple by giving a 5-second description of what each document was before telling us exactly where to sign. Also Milan responds to emails extremely quickly. On average I probably got a response in 5 minutes whenever I would email him with questions.

Milan was incredible from start to finish. He is both a realist and an optimist and the same time, and was an absolute joy to work with. I felt protected every step of the way throughout the transaction, even after it was over. I can say with full confidence that this is the man to get the job done a...nd facilitate closing your deal smoothly. He certainly did for me.

Admittedly, I was a little reserved about hiring an out of state attorney, I never met and spoke to once.
