Milan is an exceptional attorney, he went well above and beyond my expectations and made what is a very complicated process for a first time homebuyer a lot easier. My purchase had a few more complications than a typical process, and we dealt with a lot of curve balls (both pre and post closing) and ...fire drill situations that required him to respond and deliver quickly, but Milan handled everything with ease and aplomb. He is always on top of things, and ensuring the process is moving along, and caught things in my purchase contract that could have cost me quite a bit.
