Michelle Adams Callner

Michelle Callner’s practice focuses on Commercial Litigation and Contracts, Employment and Labor Law, Construction Law, Contracts Law, and Complex Litigation. Ms. Callner’s background provides a unique perspective for her clients. Ms. Callner represents property owners, developers, contractors, sureties, employers, and other individual and corporate clientele in all aspects of litigation, mediation, and arbitration, including drafting construction contracts among and between architects, owners, general contractors, engineers, and suppliers, employment contracts and settlements, and employee manuals. Ms. Callner has also represented corporate and individual clients, including international pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, multiemployer trust funds, unions, employers, co-op and condominium boards and public and private entities.

Ms. Callner’s candid, proactive approach, persuasive negotiating and extensive knowledge of contracts law, commercial and labor disputes, and employment and labor law enable her to provide her clients with essential tools to avoid unnecessary litigation. Ms. Callner advises individuals as well as public and private entities on construction law, commercial disputes, construction contracts, architect and general contractor agreements, mechanic liens, bonds, labor disputes, prevailing wages, ERISA-covered trust funds and employment and labor matters, including claims arising under Title VII, New York State and City Human Rights Laws, ADA, ADEA, ERISA and the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts.
