I initially explained the details of the incident to him over the phone when we scheduled a time to meet at his office. He clearly outlined the documents re: power of attorney, compensation disbursement if/when there was to be any awarded in our favor, rough timelines, etc. From then on we correspo...nded mostly via email and over the phone occasionally when necessary. I was able to go about my recovery and day-to-day schedule while working with him from New York, NY and remotely when traveling due to his office's competency with e-documents. I sincerely appreciated almost never having to fax or send physical mail at any point during the case. The case ended with a financial settlement that was slightly above his prudent estimates throughout the arguement process. He and his office were always clear with what was specifically needed from me to expedite the proceeds. Case settled and closed by March 2016, less than a year from when the accident occurred in late May of 2015.
