Josh Koss

Joshua D. Koss focuses his practice on high-growth, high-impact industries in the Capital Region including Real Estate, Tech, Restaurants and Education.

Mr. Koss has a uniquely business-oriented approach to the practice of law, having owned and operated a Troy-based real estate company. He understands and anticipates business objectives and issues, which ultimately makes for a more effective practice of law.

Mr. Koss considers one of his greatest assets to be the quality and breadth of his network. He actively maintains relationships across the private-public spectrum with both upstate and downstate agents of change.

Mr. Koss loves living in downtown Troy. Say hi to him at the Farmers Market or any one of Troy’s fabulous restaurants, boutique shops and art galleries. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, at his lake house, reading Buddhist philosophy and playing saxophone.
