Excellent attorney, Great Firm
I have been working with Jim and his firm for seven years. He is extremely knowledgeable, helps us keep costs down, and we rely on his judgement every day.

Outstanding lawyer!
I have known Jim for many years and have referred many cases to him to handle defense work and/or EUO work on Special Investigation (fraud) cases. Without exception, his handling of the cases were outstanding. He is very impressive with his knowledge, ability, and responsiveness in the handling of the cases. His depositions are extremely professional and thorough. He works closely with his client in preparing his cases and is receptive to his clients needs. There are no surprises as Jim keeps his client fully informed on the status of the case. His professionalism has never wavered and I would strongly recommend Jim for your legal needs.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
"Jim is a highly organized, efficient and effective litigator, with particular expertise defending tort claims on behalf of insurance carriers. Having previously served as General Attorney for the New York State Insurance Fund, Jim has the unique ability to evaluate claims from a carrier's perspective and to implement that evaluation when defending those claims . The results of this dual perspective are compelling."
