if you have a conditional green card, you must file the I-751 to remove the conditions. you and your spouse have to do this process within 90 days...

when you go and apply for your license, you will bring the approval notice with you and your social security card.

If you mean you entered on a visa waiver, you are not eligible for bond as you are not eligible to be heard by court. you can ask your deportation...
