I am admitted in New York State as well as the Eastern District of New York, Southern District of New York, Second Circuit, Third Circuit, and Fifth Circuit federal courts of appeals.  I have been practicing immigration law since 1995, for about 24 years.  I am currently focusing more on federal litigation of immigration issues, due to the anti-immigrant policies and practices of DHS and its agencies, ICE, CBP and USCIS. I have decades of experience in business immigration of all types, assisting students in pursuing US immigration, as well as extensive experience in deportation/removal proceedings in immigration court, unlawful presence and I-212 waivers so clients can proceed abroad for consular processing.  I also have experience in Fourth Amendment violations (search and seizure issues), security issues especially related to Muslim clients, as well as export control and economic sanctions issues as they relate to immigration.

I speak Spanish and do not need a translator.  I also speak and understand Italian and French fairly well. My staff speaks Fulani, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, and Spanish.

We give personal care to each client, and are focused on winning your case.  This is not a high-volume practice, we focus on performing quaiity work on time.
