If you want an immigration lawyer with a heart, hire David

From the moment we walked in the door and met with David for our consultation we knew he was different from the rest: he had a heart. Immigration matters affect lives and you need someone who truly cares and shows that in their approach to legal representation. Even though we had met with “qualified”... lawyers prior to our meeting with David, we could tell that something was exceptional about him. He walked us through processes step by step, gave us advice, listened when we had questions and was very responsive to my (impatient) emails hoping to get updates. I can proudly say our application was successfully approved and we could not have done it without David’s guidance and the care he took to treat us like we really mattered. No lawyer was so thorough or patient with us - and that’s why we would recommend him to anyone and everyone seeking a competent lawyer.

Excellent lawyer

After quite a few bad experiences we finally found a very professional lawyer, who assisted us with our case with clarity. He explained all the options we had and all the steps we needed to take from the first day, during the consultation. He also responded to our emails immediately and the immigrati...on visa was approved thanks to his hard work.

Excellent Service - Green Card Approved!

David was an excellent lawyer to work with. He was very knowledgeable about immigration laws and put together a thorough package to submit to immigration. He was open, honest, and professional. He never over promised anything but had a confident and calm demeanor. I knew that my case was in good hand...s. Additionally, David was extremely responsive. Responsible for 2 of our E2 visas

David Katona is a very knowledgeable lawyer who will listen and study your case carefully to ensure the best immigration route for you. Not only was he able to prepare and guide us on to obtaining two E-2 visas but he managed to favor our situation so much so that we got one 4 year visa and another 5... year visa in our first attempt. He was always there when we needed him although we were sometimes at a 3 - 12 hour time difference and made us feel very comfortable through the process. We highly recommend David and look forward to working with him again in the future.
