Chidinma Ojiugo Ukonne

Chiddy Onyia is the Managing Partner and Founder of her firm CO Health Advisory. She is a healthcare entrepreneur, operator, and three-time General Counsel with more than 15 years of in-house and law firm experience. Her work includes health law, corporate law, employment law, immigration law, and technology and cybersecurity law, with a focus on strategic advisory, compliance, market expansion, SaaS and data licensing agreements, privacy, and platform risk. She has advised startups, health systems, payors, physician groups, medical device companies, and health technology businesses.

Chiddy earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and is admitted in New Jersey, Connecticut, and New York. She also holds a B.A. from UMBC, completed leadership and project management certificates, and pursued an Executive MBA at INSEAD. She is a speaker, mentor, philanthropist, and founder of IgniteHer Inc., supporting women’s leadership, financial literacy, career growth, and empowerment.
