The burden is on you to produce the document. The affidavit does not negate FOIA if USCIS has the copy in your file.

They can sponsor but you cannot transfer. That EAD is open market so you could work for the employer on it.

Again, since he is not filing taxes in the USA, I do not think the IRS will issue him the number.
