I was with Abadir since 2017 to fight for my spouse's green card. During those years we had 3 interviews which 2 of them were stock interview. Finally, after 5 years of fighting with USCIS our I-130 application got approved but I-485 were still pending due to grounds of inadmissibility. We had to sub...mit I-601 Waiver with help of Abadir. Our request for waiver was granted in month and subsequently I- 485 was approved shortly after. In 2009 I was convicted for an internet crime, which led to a sex offense. At the time I had no realization that this crime would prevent me “an American citizen” from petitioning as a beneficiary for my immigrant Wife. In 2010 I married and put in an applications for my wife's Residence. It... was returned with the intent to deny and so the drama began. I originally retained another Immigration law firm who tried for 8 years with 2 open applications and an appeal and when I was completely lost and ready to give up they explained to me the only way to gain any control of this case was to take it to Federal Court and they just hired a litigation attorney who specializes in this.
