We were involved in a second lawsuit against Mayorkas. The lawyer promised that he would release all parties to the lawsuit from detention, and if he could not, he would return part of the amount. It's in the contract. My relatives have already been deported, but the lawyer still has not returned t...he money. Hundreds of families were defrauded and are still waiting for their money after 3 months of ignoring the lawyer. I do not recommend this man. He works dishonestly and profits from other people's grief.

An attorney named Barre was collecting money from people under the pretense of fulfilling certain obligations. He provided false information, claiming that everything was functioning properly, thereby misleading everyone. In reality, he had no intention of returning the funds he received, despite our... prior agreement that the money would be repaid.

Please return the money to the relatives of the deported individuals, as you promised. These funds were not given lightly — they were meant to support those who were unjustly held in detention for months, simply for asking for asylum. We are all still waiting. You have the list of those people. Pl...ease honor your word. We have suffered a lot, and this money is urgently needed to help those who were forced to endure imprisonment and are now trying to recover

If I could give no stars I would it's been over [3] three years or more since he [barrie] himself took Seven Hundred and Fifty [$750.00] from me for my FOIA FILE from USCIS as I write this complaint is FEBRUARY 19 th 2025 ...and I received nothing ...my contacts have not changed my phone number and e...mail address has been the same all these years....the females that work there are as shady and dishonest as he is every time I call the office is a run around and holding for 45 minutes only to be told we'll call you back which never happened....I applied for my FOIA in JANUARY and I received it this month FEBRUARY so not only did he and his cohorts take my money....but produce absolutely nothing I even took an old FOIA to them and they refused to give it back to me and the one he charged me for [$750.00] seven hundred and fifty dollars I can't even get it ...God knows if he and his cohorts lifted a finger....but I'm not done with you yet barrie I'm not done with you....don't go to this attorney he's a thief and his staff are a bunch of despicable humans
