Marie Louise Ianniello

Marie Louise Ianniello-Occhigrossi, an associate attorney in our Asbestos Litigation group, became part of the Weitz & Luxenberg family in 1987. She undertook her first legal actions as a newly minted attorney in 1986, following her admission to practice law in New York state.

Later, Ms. Ianniello-Occhigrossi gained the ability to represent clients in two other states — Connecticut and New Jersey — and before U.S. District Court in that tribunal’s New Jersey, Southern New York and Eastern New York jurisdictions.

The New York native speaks fluent Italian.
